The sample fee can be deducted in bulk order?

Yes, the sample fee can be deducted when the bulk order is over 300pcs/design/color.

Can you do a design/mock-up for me?

Of course. Can you share your logo first with us? Then we can start making the mock-up for you.

Can I make some changes after I see the samples?

Yes, for essential changes. In the first step, the correct mock-up is made for your review and approval before actual sampling. In the actual production, we will pay attention to detail. Before shipment, we will send you the clear pictures/video for your checking. After receiving the samples, once there are some changes, we will discuss further how to change. If need extra costs we will let you know in advance. In a word, we will recommend the best and most reasonable way we can do it for you.

Do you offer a sample? (sample order)

For the sample, there are three options as below: 1) If you place a sample order, you need to pay the sample costs and shipping costs. 2) If you place a bulk order directly, we will make a free pre-production sample by taking photos for your check quality, once you confirm, then we will move to bulk production, which could help you save the sample costs and working time. 3)You can place a bulk order directly, we will make a free sample and ship it for your checking quality before moving to bulk hat production, you only need to pay shipping costs.
